One of the ways we involve people who live, work or study in South West London is inviting them to take part in regular online surveys to share views and feedback about plans and what is important to them.

From time to time, people registered to be involved in our online community may be offered the opportunity to share their feedback, experiences or views in either interviews or group discussion.

We will also be sharing regular updates on what we are doing in each borough across South West London.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does being involved mean for me?

You will be invited to take part in a survey approximately every 4-6 weeks to complete online. The surveys will be accessible on computers, tablets or mobiles. There may be some opportunities to attend group discussions from time to time, but this will be limited and you can choose whether you want to take part in these or not.

What are the benefits of taking part?

By completing surveys you will have your views heard by local health and care decision makers. Your views about what keeps you well, what helps you when you are unwell and your experience of NHS and other services will help the NHS and partners to plan and deliver better and more relevant support that will benefit everyone in south west London in years to come.

Taking part is voluntary, but members will have the chance to enter prize draws for completing online surveys.

Will I receive feedback if I take part?

We believe it is important to let people know how their views are used so that you can see the difference it is making to health and care in south west London. We won’t be able to reply to every comment individually. However, we will contact you regularly to let you know the results of different surveys and activities.

Can I invite my friends, family and colleagues to join?

Yes, anyone who lives, works or studies and is over 16+ can join. Please share the registration link or get in touch with one of the team.
