Supporting staff to engage - SWL ICS

In South West London, working with people and communities is at the heart of everything we do. It is important that as we move towards the future of the Integrated Care System, our staff have the key skills and knowledge to deliver engagement activities - ensuring that the views of local people and communities who live in South West London are taken into account. To understand how staff across the organisation engage, we have pulled together a very quick survey. The survey will take no longer than 7 minutes to complete and results will help the communications and engagement team develop tools and resources to support individuals in their role.

By understanding engagement experiences across the organisation, we can regularly review our communications and engagement triage process, evaluate the level of support we provide and regularly update and review our toolkits and materials. Your insights will also help us gauge the existing knowledge within teams across South West London ICB.
